CAMPGROUND RULES

  • All campers, tents, and patrons must be out of the campground by 12:00pm on Sunday June 22nd.

  • Pets are not allowed in the campgrounds; service dogs are allowed with valid credentials.

  • Campfires are allowed, but only with a fire ring. Fire rings are not provided so all guests wishing to make use of this privilege must supply their own. Burning restrictions can change daily and will be enforced.

  • For the safety of yourself and other guests, please limit driving and vehicle usage within the campground.

  • There are lost and founds located at the campground check-in gate and the main gate to the festival grounds. Please check both before submitting any inquiries with the Summer Jam staff.

  • If your camper does not fit on your campsite, you will be required to purchase a new site to accomodate your unit. Relocation is dependant on site availability on the day of the festival so we suggest utilizing our early setup times from Sat Jun 14 through Sun Jun 15 between the hours of 9am-3pm to ensure your spot suits your needs.

  • Please be respectful of your neighbors and campsite boundaries. Each campsite is limited to a maximum of 6 people at a time.

  • You are allowed one sleeping unit and one driving unit per site. Vehicle passes will be given at check-in and must be properly displayed at all times. Vehicles without a vehicle pass will be towed from the campgrounds at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.

  • Additional vehicles must purchase an Extra Vehicle parking pass for the weekend and will be required to park in the overflow parking lot. Cars with the Extra Vehicle parking pass, but not parked in the correct area, will be towed at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.

  • No unauthorized, off-road, or unlicensed motor vehicles are allowed on the premises. If any of these vehicles are discovered in your possession, they will be confiscated until the end of the festival and may result in your removal from the grounds.

  • No parking on campsite roads at any time. All additional vehicles must purchase Overflow Parking permits and park in the designated area for Overflow Parking.

  • The campground as an enforced 2am-8am quiet time. During this time, no amplified music or generators are permitted.

  • Please leave your campsite in the same condition that you found it. We supply garbage bags at check-in and we ask that all full garbage bags are tied and placed in the dumpsters prior to you exiting the campground. Extra bags will be available at the check-in gate.

  • Camper water filling services can be arranged for a fee through Cesspool Cleaners (715) 577-9740. Camper pump out service can be arranged for a fee through Cesspool Cleaners as well.

  • 24-hour security will be provided by the Eau Claire Police Department and Summer Jam WI Security in all camping areas. Summer Jam is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person or property.

  • No weapons or fireworks are allowed on the property. Possession of these items will result in their confiscation and your potential removal from the grounds. Security reserves the right to conduct a search at any time.

  • We reserve the right to eject any guest for any of the following: incorrect credentials, excessive garbage on campsite, tampering with campsite, drinking and driving, excessive drinking, unruly behavior, excessive noise, unauthorized sale of food, beverages, or merchandise, or conduct deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.

  • In the event of severe weather, a warning will be issued by patrol cars and onsite security. Please follow the instructions given at these times. If you to be notified for an emergency, contact the Eau Claire Police Department.

  • Please make sure to check Summer Jam's social media for any updates regarding weather or time changes throughout the festival.

  • Please limit the amount of glass that you bring to the festival.
